Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized intervention plans. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy, collect real-time data on progress, and collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistent and meaningful skill development.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities
