Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Massachusetts is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement intervention plans, and collaborate with families to support meaningful skill development while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.

• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
