Job summary

Big Bear Behavior, a Finni Health Company, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy across clinic, school, and home settings in Colorado's front-range communities.

You will work under BCBA supervision to help children gain communication, social, and daily living skills while collecting data and advancing treatment goals. Full-time or part-time schedules available with weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Current CPR certification or ability to meet CPR requirements.

About the Role

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while working toward individualized treatment goals.

You’ll be part of a supportive clinical team dedicated to helping children succeed and empowering families through quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately document session data and client progress.
• Implement behavior-support strategies and work toward individualized treatment goals.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and their families.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing training, clinical supervision, and professional development.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Current CPR certification or ability to meet the applicable CPR requirements.
• Ability to pass the required background screening.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow applicable privacy requirements.

Preferred:

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with ABA principles, behavior-support strategies, and clinical data collection.
• Educational background in psychology, special education, behavioral health, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, compassionate, and positive approach to working with children and families.

Schedule & Availability

Our weekday positions offer flexibility, with shifts available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

• Full-time: Opportunities for candidates seeking a consistent weekly schedule.
• Part-time: Afternoon shifts available, including 3:00 PM-7:00 PM.

Schedules and service locations will depend on client needs and availability. Candidates should be comfortable working in the applicable clinic, school, or home-based settings.
