Big Bear Behavior, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one ABA therapy in Greeley, Colorado—clinic, school, and in-home.

Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment plans, collect session data, and help clients develop communication, life, and social skills in a structured, supportive setting.

We offer $25 per hour with flexible FT/PT schedules, ongoing supervision, training opportunities, and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required).
• CPR Training (required).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
