Job summary

Big Bear Behavior, a Finni Health Company, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children in clinic, school, and home settings across Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins, Windsor and surrounding areas.

You’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills. We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, $25/hour, and ongoing training with BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• CPR certification or ability to meet CPR requirements.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

About The Role

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Current CPR certification or ability to meet the applicable CPR requirements.
• Ability to pass the required background screening.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow applicable privacy requirements.

Preferred:

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with ABA principles, behavior‑support strategies, and clinical data collection.
• Educational background in psychology, special education, behavioral health, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, compassionate, and positive approach to working with children and families.

Schedule & Availability

Our weekday positions offer flexibility, with shifts available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Schedules and service locations will depend on client needs and availability. Candidates should be comfortable working in the applicable clinic, school, or home‑based settings.
