Job summary

Big Bear Behavior, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in clinic, school, and home settings across Windsor and surrounding areas.

The role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with a $25.00/hour pay rate and ongoing training from experienced BCBAs, including supervision opportunities for BCBA/BCaBA certification. Join a supportive team focused on child progress.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Current CPR certification or ability to meet CPR requirements.
• Must pass background screening.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow privacy requirements.

About The Role

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Current CPR certification or ability to meet the applicable CPR requirements.
• Ability to pass the required background screening.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow applicable privacy requirements.

Preferred:

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with ABA principles, behavior‑support strategies, and clinical data collection.
• Educational background in psychology, special education, behavioral health, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, compassionate, and positive approach to working with children and families.
