Job summary

ABA Journey in Griffin, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic under BCBA supervision.

Candidates should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. We offer flexible schedules and paid training to support growth within our ABA program.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24 - $29/hour
• Full-Time: 30 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Griffin, Georgia

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
