A Brighter Alternative ABA in Georgia is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our in-home client team in Conyers, GA 31021. This part-time in-person role supports children with autism under a BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, daily living skills, and behavior reduction.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Conyers, GA 31021.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
