Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Under BCBA supervision, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting to help children build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home, community, or school settings.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
