Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Warrenton, Virginia is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, or school settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

This part-time role offers a weekend schedule, competitive pay of $25-$30 per hour, paid training, PTO, and opportunities for growth in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals
