Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. seeks a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-person ABA services for early elementary charter school students in the District of Columbia. Applicants must hold BACB RBT certification and have or be willing to obtain required clearances and liability insurance.

The position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive account team, and competitive hourly rates. Prior experience in school-based ABA is a plus; we will contact qualified candidates to discuss

Qualifications

• Must hold RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Willingness to obtain up-to-date clearances.
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Execute ABA therapy programs as prescribed by behavior plans.
• Implement behavior management techniques.
• Assist children with daily self-care and self-help skills.
• Communicate with the school team about developments, concerns and progress.
• Maintain therapy areas and materials and ensure safety and organization.
