Job summary

The Full Spectrum Child in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to autistic children under the clinical direction of a BCBA. The role involves implementing skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, collecting data, and delivering high-quality services in a supportive clinic setting.

Work schedule is 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with possible extended hours on Mondays and Wednesdays 3:30–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (within 90 days if not currently certified).
• Must currently be CPR certified (within 90 days if not currently certified).
• Training and clinical experience in providing applied behavior analysis to children and families.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the clinical direction of a BCBA.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans as designed by the BCBA.
• Collect data daily and maintain accurate data sheets and notes.
• Follow the individualized treatment plan and reinforcement schedule.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

We are currently looking for RBTs or individuals interested in working with autistic children. We provide training for non-RBTs.

Position

• 30 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Possibility of Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Compensation

• Compensation occurs at an hourly rate and is paid when services are rendered
• Paid time off is earned at a rate of 0.02 hours per hour worked
• Insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, workers' comp)

Reports To

• BCBA or Clinical Director

Summary Of Position

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the clinical direction of a BCBA
• The RBT will be responsible for skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA to deliver quality therapeutic services to each child
• Our ABA team is highly experienced and is committed to serving children and families with special needs

Responsibilities

• Complete daily acquisition skills, maintenance, and mastered skills as directed by the BCBA
• Collect accurate data on a daily basis, completing all data sheets and notes daily
• Follow the behavior plan, individualized treatment plan, and reinforcement schedule as prescribed
• Implement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches
• Complete all programming requests from BCBAs in a timely manner
• Maintain the clinic's cleanliness and ensure it remains presentable at all times. This includes cleaning the in-room sink area weekly
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of The Full Spectrum Child
• Assist in providing a safe environment for all clients and staff
• Portray a positive attitude and maintain a customer and co-worker satisfaction level that limits adverse situations or complaints

Requirements
