Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA Therapy in Lawton, OK seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement behavior-analytic interventions under the supervision of a BCBA and help clients reach their developmental goals.

Responsibilities include traveling to client locations, collecting session data, coordinating with the treatment team, and maintaining reliable transportation. The position offers flexible schedules, PTO and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience: RBT certification from the BACB.
• 1+ years of related experience, plus willingness & ability to obtain RBT certification may also be accepted.
• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or a national equivalent.

• Be available for supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings deemed necessary by your supporting BCBA.
• Have reliable transportation available to commute to the client(s) location and be prompt to every appointment
• Electronically collect and record session data daily (we provide training on our electronic systems)
