Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support elementary students in Wilmington, Vermont. This full-time position covers two school locations, delivering individualized behavioral and academic support aligned with each student’s IEP.

Responsibilities include one-to-one and small group sessions, implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and related staff to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children or in a school setting.
• Associates degree OR completion of the ParaPro Assessment.
• Experience working in special education settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in a special education setting in Wilmington, Vermont. This is a full-time opportunity working with elementary-aged students (K5th grade) across two school locations. You will play a key role in providing behavioral and academic support tailored to each students Individualized Education Program (IEP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group behavioral support to students
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA or school team
• Support students with academic, social, and emotional development
• Collect and track data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Maintain a structured, positive, and supportive learning environment
