Job summary

Learning Ladders ABA is seeking an energetic RBT to provide in-home therapy in the Charlottesville area, working with one child at a time under a BCBA-approved treatment plan. You'll help build communication, social and daily-living skills, record data from sessions, and collaborate closely with families and your supervising BCBA.

This is a part-time, 25-hour-per-week role with evenings and weekend hours. Reliable transportation and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or near completion.
• Reliable transportation in the Fluvanna/Charlottesville area.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a child in the family’s home under a BCBA-approved plan.
• Record session data and track progress over time.
• Collaborate closely with family and your BCBA to celebrate progress.
• Help build communication, social and daily-living skills.

About us

Learning Ladders ABA provides one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy for children with autism across Virginia. We're looking for an energetic, caring RBT to join our team in the Fluvanna / Charlottesville area.

The role

You’ll work one-on-one with a child in the family's home, following a treatment plan written by a BCBA. You’ll help build communication, social and daily-living skills, record session data, and work closely with the family and your BCBA to celebrate progress.

Schedule (25 hours/week)

Monday - Friday: 6:00 - 7:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:45 PM

Consistent schedule with the same child

What we're looking for

• Active RBT certification (or close to finishing it)
• High energy, patient and playful
• Reliable transportation in the Fluvanna / Charlottesville area
• Dependable and able to commit to evenings and weekends
• Able to pass a background check
