Job summary

Learning Ladders ABA seeks a caring Behavioral Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy in Fluvanna County, VA. This role offers evening and weekend hours, with BCBA supervision available to support your growth in the field.

You will work with children, helping them develop behavioral, communication, social, and daily living skills in a one-on-one setting. Prior ABA experience and a proactive, patient attitude are preferred, and RBT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.
• In-home ABA therapy experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help child build behavioral, communication, social, and everyday life skills.
• Implement treatment plans and track progress.
• Work evenings and weekends as scheduled (5:00 PM–7:00 PM M–F; 10:00 AM–5:30 PM Sat/Sun).

Has a high school diploma

Has previous ABA therapy experience

Enjoys working with children

Is energetic, playful, creative, and engaging

Is reliable, patient, and compassionate

Has RBT certification (preferred, not required)

Has experience with nonverbal children (a big plus!)

You’ll provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and help a child build meaningful behavioral, communication, social, and everyday life skills.
