Job summary

Learning Ladders ABA is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Fluvanna/Charlottesville area. You will work one-on-one in the family’s home, following a BCBA-created plan to build communication, social, and daily-living skills. Data will be recorded, and progress celebrated with the BCBA and family.

The role requires evenings and weekends with a consistent schedule, and active RBT certification or near completion. Reliable transportation is essential in this local area.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or close to finishing it).
• High energy, patient and playful.
• Reliable transportation in the Fluvanna / Charlottesville area.
• Dependable and able to commit to evenings and weekends.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a child in the family’s home following a BCBA-written treatment plan.

About us

Learning Ladders ABA provides one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy for children with autism across Virginia. We're looking for an energetic, caring RBT to join our team in the Fluvanna / Charlottesville area.

The role

You'll work one-on-one with a child in the family's home, following a treatment plan written by a BCBA. You'll help build communication, social and daily-living skills, record session data, and work closely with the family and your BCBA to celebrate progress.

Schedule (25 hours/week)

• Monday - Friday: 6:00 - 7:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:45 PM
• Consistent schedule with the same child
