Job summary

Learning Ladders ABA in Bristow, VA is hiring a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in-home.

The role includes data collection and timely documentation in the Rethink app, following individualized intervention plans, and clear communication with families.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities

Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour, with room to grow

Location: Bristow / Prince William County area, VA (in-home)

Hours: Full-time and part-time shifts available (up to 35+ hours per week)
