Job summary

Learning Ladders ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and teens with autism in their homes in the Virginia area. The part-time role offers after-school shifts (about 4:30–6:30 PM) with pay starting at $22.00 per hour and room to grow.

We provide RBT certification support and a path toward BCBA supervision. You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data and document sessions within 24 hours in the Rethink app, and communicate

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification.
• Familiarity with ABA data collection and session documentation.
