Achieving True Self (ATS) in Hyattsville, MD, seeks a Behavioral Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Paid training provided; direct billing hourly pay ranges from $19 to $26 based on experience, plus paid onboarding and RBT cert training within the first month.

• Must have experience with Maladaptive Behaviors.
• High school diploma or GED (minimum).
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).
• Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle required.
• Evening/after-school availability preferred (2–6 hours, Mon–Fri).
• Basic computer skills (Windows and Google products).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings.

Position: Behavioral Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Hourly Pay: $19-26/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)
• Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $15.00/hr
• Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment

What We’re Looking For?

• High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required. This is not a position where rideshare or public transportation can be used.
• Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday).
• General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products.
