Job summary

Achieving True Self seeks dedicated Behavioral Technicians to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. You’ll provide one-on-one support, implement plans designed by a supervising clinician, and help clients build communication, social, living, and behavioral skills.

Paid training is provided, including RBT certification within your first month. Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $26 for direct hours, with $15/hour for training/onboarding, and strong growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).
• Basic computer literacy including Windows and Google products.

Responsibilities

Position: Behavioral Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Hourly Pay: $19-26/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)
• Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $15.00/hr
• Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment

What We’re Looking For?

• High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required.This is not a position where rideshare or public transportation can be used.
• Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday).
• General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products.
