Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passionate, reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to client confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation for in-home, school, and community sessions.
• Willingness to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and clients with ASD and developmental needs.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA techniques to build communication, social, and daily-living skills.
• Support behavior reduction goals and assist in developing behavior support plans.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with families, supervisors, and the treatment team.
