Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing in-home ABA therapy team. We emphasize naturalistic, child-led approaches and provide hands-on training, flexible scheduling, and professional growth.

This role is ideal for students or graduates in education, psychology, or ABA programs who want meaningful clinical experience working with children with autism. You’ll work under supervision, collect data, and help families implement effective

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training.
• Pass background check.
• Consistent availability Monday-Friday preferred.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

$20 - $25 an hour
