Job summary

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home ABA therapy grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches and offer hands-on training, supervision, and professional growth.

You will deliver 1:1 therapy, implement treatment plans, collect data, participate in ongoing supervision, and collaborate with families and BCBAs. A background check is required, and RBT certification or 14-day training is needed.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or ability to complete a 14‑day training is required.
• Background check is required.
• Consistent Monday‑Friday availability preferred.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and client-centered care.
• Support a safe, engaging therapeutic environment.
