Job summary

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our growing team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home ABA therapy grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches with strong training, support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, implementing treatment plans, and collecting data. A background check is required and consistent weekday availability is preferred.

• Required: RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training.

• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

• Consistent availability Monday-Friday preferred.


• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.


• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Working Conditions

• Physical engagement such as bending, lifting, and floor activities may be required.


• Work environment and daily schedule may vary based on client needs.

$20 - $25 an hour
