Job summary

Carelinks ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will work with children in home, school, or clinic settings, applying naturalistic, child-led strategies and collecting progress data under the supervision of a BCBA.

We welcome both new entrants and certified professionals, offer hands-on training, consistent supervision, and generous PTO along with a range of benefits. Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour and schedules vary by client needs.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training.
• Must pass a background check.
• Consistent availability Monday-Friday preferred.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
