Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 therapy in clients’ homes. You will collect data, assist with assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance quality of life for children and families.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, adherence to BACB guidelines, and ongoing professional development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT Certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.

Job Description:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
