Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA in clients' homes. You will provide 1:1 therapy and help children develop essential skills to improve daily living and independence.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient, and dedicated care.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (BCBAs, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists).
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines.

You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments

• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists

• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
