Job summary

Tellos is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, assist with assessments, and provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes.

You’ll collaborate with BCBAs, speech and occupational therapists, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to BACB ethics. Ideal candidates have 6 months of related experience and an RBT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or required.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB.
