Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA plans under supervision of a BCBA and provide 1:1 therapy in clients' homes. You will collect progress data, support assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve clients’ quality of life.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and a passion for helping children with autism and developmental disabilities while following BACB guidelines and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities recommended.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines

Job Description:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
