Job summary

Ascend Rehab Inc. in Livermore, CA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support growth and development in a fun, structured environment.

• Active RBT certification is required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children ages 0–5.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable with hands-on care including diaper changing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children ages 0–5

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention
• Bilingual (preferred, not required)
• Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or ABA
