Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services Inc is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based setting in Livermore, CA. The RBT will deliver ABA-based interventions under supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children's growth in a structured environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Summary

• Support children with daily routines, transitions, communication, and social skills
• Assist with diapering, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children ages 0–5
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention
• Bilingual (preferred, not required)
• Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or ABA
