Job description

Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work on a contract basis within a vibrant school environment near Chester, PA. Multiple full-time positions (35 hours per week) are open for immediate start, continuing through June 10, 2027. Youll play a key role in supporting special education classrooms and making a positive difference in the lives of students.

Openings include:

• Three positions at an elementary arts-focused school, working with K-2 students in an Autistic Support classroom
• Two positions at a middle school (male RBT candidates only), supporting students with a range of behavioral and educational needs

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RBT certification (must provide upfront and be able to maintain outside district if necessary)
• Previous school-based experience required
• Comfortable working with special education and behaviorally challenged students
• Willingness to adapt to changing classroom needs
• Ability to obtain or complete PA clearances as required
• Reliable transportation for onsite attendance
• Strong professional references available
• Experience in urban educational settings highly desirable
