Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings under a BCBA supervisor.

You will contribute to meaningful client progress while maintaining accurate data and progress notes. The role offers professional development opportunities, including BCBA-in-Training and college reimbursement, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)
