Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Los Angeles for part-time, 15-20 hours weekly. You will work one-on-one with children and adolescents, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some College Education preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team.
• Comfortable using technology for documentation and data collection.
• Basic life support certification required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA therapy services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Help clients build communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Promote positive behaviors and support client progress toward treatment goals.
• Collect and document session data using a mobile application.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, families, and care teams.
• Encourage growth, independence, and meaningful developmental milestones.
