Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching
• Bridge communication with Spanish-speaking families during sessions and parent training
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically after each session
• Communicate progress with BCBA and clinical team
• Participate in parent training, team meetings, and generalization activities
• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization
• Follow BIPs and safety protocols
• Maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual Spanish Speaking – Position Overview
As a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across Salt Lake County. Working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. Your Spanish fluency will help you connect with families in their home language, bridge communication during sessions, and make therapy feel accessible and welcoming. This is a hands-on, deeply rewarding role, and a vital part of helping children thrive in their own homes and communities.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual Spanish Speaking – Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes as directed by your supervising BCBA

• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET)

• Support Spanish-speaking families by helping bridge communication during therapy sessions and parent training

• Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session

• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team regarding client progress

• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities

• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization

• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols

• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support)

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)

• Reliable transportation within Salt Lake County
