Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home team serving families in North Ogden, Harrisville, UT and nearby neighborhoods. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children, following your BCBA's treatment plan, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Your caseload stays close to home, and you’ll have a supportive supervisor who knows you by name.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain with support
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and assist with physical tasks
• Comfortable using a tablet for data collection
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following the BCBA's plan
• Teach skills through play-based and structured activities
• Record session data on a tablet
• Support parent training to carry progress home
• Follow behavior plans and safety protocols

Location: North Ogden and Harrisville, UT (In-Home)
Pay: $22 to $27 per hour, based on experience

Aviation ABA Therapy is a boutique ABA provider serving families across the Wasatch Front. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our in-home team, you will work 1:1 with children in North Ogden and Harrisville and nearby neighborhoods, helping them build communication, social, and everyday living skills. You get a caseload close to home, a BCBA who actually answers, and a leadership team that knows your name.
