ABA Squad in the St. Louis area is seeking part-time RBTs to implement clinical programs under supervision, train families, and track progress with data graphs.

You will support children with autism across in-home and clinic settings, focusing on consistency, safety, and positive outcomes. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and a pathway to full-time opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Current RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain (costs covered).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to operate computers and clinic equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable and adaptable in a changing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Aufgaben

• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation per insurance guidelines.
