Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking an RBT to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with autism. The role operates under BCBA supervision, following BIPs and helping clients develop communication, motor, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Starting compensation is $18.00–$21.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time options, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, and support through the RBT certification process.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Completed High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
