Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support skill development.
• Facilitate clinic-based, 1:1 therapy sessions with fidelity.
• Track progress by collecting data and submitting documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Support in obtaining RBT certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to privacy guidelines.

Whether entry-level to the field of ABA or well versed as a RBT, and support our mission ofhelping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success!We have immediate openings forfull-time or part-timepositions andwill assist you through the RBT certification process!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provideone-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within aclinic-basedenvironment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
