Job summary

The Pediatric Place, LLC in Clinton, MO is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy for children with Autism under BCBA supervision. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY—we will train you to support communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive pediatric team.

Compensation includes hourly pay with paid training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Willingness to complete RBT training and certification requirements.
  • Passion for working with children and families.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Collect and record accurate data regarding client progress and behavior.
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment goals and therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive therapy environment.
  • Communicate effectively with families and caregivers.

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician at The Pediatric Place, you will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will play an important role in helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills while supporting individualized treatment goals in a safe and encouraging environment.
