The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a key role in creating meaningful learning opportunities for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this role, you will support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized, evidence-based interventions.
RBTs work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other RBTs to ensure each child receives high-quality, coordinated care. This position helps bring treatment plans to life by providing consistent support, encouragement, and hands‑on guidance to help children reach their fullest potential.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 25 lbs on occasion
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
