The Pediatric Place is hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job in Clinton, MO to join our growing Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and creative BCBA who is passionate about helping children and families thrive through individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy services.

As a BCBA, you will collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, counselors, dietitians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to create comprehensive and individualized therapy plans that support long‑term success for children and families.

Qualifications
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence‑based interventions

  • Ability to mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Passion for working with pediatric patients and families

What You’ll Do

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at The Pediatric Place, you will oversee individualized ABA therapy programs while collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers to help children build functional, communication, behavioral, and social skills.

You will also play an important leadership role in mentoring RBTs, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping expand innovative pediatric programming within our Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, counselors, and dietitians
  • Educate and support parents and caregivers throughout the therapy process
  • Implement evidence‑based ABA interventions for pediatric patients
  • Develop engaging and individualized therapy programs for children
  • Assist with innovative programs including AAC support, feeding therapy collaboration, sensory activities, and social groups
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and team meetings
