Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
• Maintain detailed and accurate daily progress notes and documentationCollaborate with behavior analysts and care coordinators to ensure effective treatment outcomes
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working with children, autism, or ABA therapy preferred
