Job summary

Tellos, Inc. seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision, helping clients gain essential skills and improve quality of life.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, collect progress data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires RBT certification (preferred) and experience with autism, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.

Job Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements
