Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for West Valley City. This part-time afternoon role involves providing in-home 1:1 ABA therapy to children, under supervision.

You will collect data, follow treatment plans, and collaborate with the clinical team. You will work with families in West Valley City, using evidence-based strategies to boost communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified with our support)
• Reliable transportation within West Valley City
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods
• Collect and record data electronically after each session
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in‑home ABA therapy to children and families in West Valley City.
