Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in North Carolina is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We welcome newcomers and experienced therapists, offering comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

We’re looking for energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
