Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Trent Woods, NC is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with positive reinforcement. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates include newcomers and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists who are energetic, flexible, and compassionate, dedicated to helping children succeed in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
