Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Minnesota is seeking Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum using positive reinforcement.

We provide comprehensive training, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities; newcomers are welcome and experienced RBTs/ABA therapists are encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time roles with in-person work, competitive pay, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course is required or supported.
• Previous ABA experience is preferred.
• Excellent references are required.
• RBT certification preferred, with assistance to attain status.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred

• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
