Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Gastonia, NC is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum. We offer training, growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling in a child-centered environment.

Both newcomers and experienced RBTs are encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time positions with comprehensive onboarding are available, along with potential salary increases after milestones and bonus

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status

• 1:1 therapy sessions
• Teach play skills and social skills
• Teach self-help skills
• Document session outcomes
• Provide behavior support within group settings

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
